Happy New Year!!!!  The SAOTGA yearly HOA dues are $50 per property and are due January 1, 2021.  Please make checks payable to SAOTGA and mail to P.O. Box 1317, Ocean Springs, MS  39566.  Association dues are used to pay the cost of insurance, entrance maintenance and grounds keeping, and any other community costs.

Letter from 5th district Supervisor, Randy Bosarge

Dear St. Andrew's Community,

Thank you for your emails and I understand your concerns. With all the confusion this week, I feel a public statement with regards to the golf course property is necessary.

 

I am totally OPPOSED to ALL development inside the current golf course footprint with the exception, of a re-opened golf course.

 

Any current and future development on the outside designated area around the golf course/green space is favorable to me, which should increase your property values and welcome new residents.

 

I am continuing to work hard as your Supervisor and I hope this will clear up any miscommunication around the St Andrews community.
